    Sagar Balak is the given name by Sagarmatha Children Home. He is foundling child found by Community police Service Ward Police office Swyambhu in 2003/11/20. According to police letter of community Police Station Swyambhu letter dated 2003/11/20 with dispatch No.21 and reference No. 060/61, he was found at Dallu 15 of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, approximately aged 1 year and 6 months in crying condition, found by patrol police and police inquire with local person and searched his guardian but no one could found and come to contact, so he was sent for protection in this children home.

    He admitted in this children home in 2003/11/21 and home sent all his report to Police Headquarter, Crime Investigation Department for search his parents and give information back  to home, if he has any guardian or not. And same time children home checkup his health. Police Headquarter inform to children home in 2004/02/03, that they could not found his relative no one come to claim and search him. After that children home went further more process, make orphan proof certificate, birth certificate and like that.

    When he was admitted here he was in extreme malnourished condition. He was unable to speak and physical condition was poor. He still has delayed milestones but he goes to school. His speech is not very fluent, though he can talk and understand. His head is tilted one side, but now cause of regular therapy it’s improve but still not normal. His bones were extremely week; he could hardly support himself but now it is better. Now he is in regular special therapy.

    He is going to school and reads in SKG. He is playful and friendly and smiley too. He does not interact much, mainly due to his week body and he is little bit shy and scared. He likes to play indoor game and watching movies. His aim is to be a pilot.
