    Puspa Balika is the given name by Sagarmatha Children Home. She is foundling child found by Police of Metropolitan Police Sector Lainchaur in 2008/12/16 at New Buspark. Police inquire with local person and searched his guardian but no one could found and came to contact, so she was sent for protection to National Center for Children at Risk, Bhirkutimandap. Again National Center for children at Risk, Bhirkutimandap sent her to Sagarmatha Children Home for protection, in 2009/01/12 with dispatch No. 286 and reference No.065/066. She was approximately 9 years old. She was wearing black and white color in red trouser and blue Jacket with Chinese sandal.

    After admitting in Sagarmatha children Home, her detail information was sent to police head Quarter Crime Investigation and announces Television and radio 35 days and 21 days public notice. Similarly public notice was published in three different National daily newspapers, to come and claim if anybody knows her. Nobody came to contact within that period and Police Headquarter also sent letter that no one came to claim and contact her in dated 2009/08/30 with dispatch No.41. In this way children home went ahead to make her orphan proof certificate, birth Certificate and other relevant documents.

    When she admitted in Sagarmatha children Home, at that time her condition was unhealthy, week, and mentally retired. She could not eat by herself, and could not understand toilet habits and no eating habits. She used to sleep at night very scarcely.  Now she feels comfortable. She tries to read and write. She likes to watch movies and picture of book. She is stable child and some time she laughs and likes to play lightly game. She has Down’s syndrome. She doesn’t speak any word but she can feel, taste and can understand bits of sign language. She hears word but shows action very slow.  She is studying in Children home slowly and slowly.
